Order Processing

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Please be aware that any orders placed Saturday - Monday will not be dispatched until the following Wednesday. 


Click & Collect

Orders can be collected Tuesday - Saturday from:

Pure Connection Pets,
104 High Street, Tenterden,
TN30 6HT

during the store operational hours of 10:00 - 16:00. No collections can be made on Sundays and Mondays.

Orders placed between 01:00 - 13:00 on Tuesday - Saturdays will usually be available to collect the same day. 

Orders placed betweeb 13:00 - 00:00 will be available to collect on the next store operational day. 


Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Royal Mail or DPD. Flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to orders shipping. 

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays will not be dispatched until the following Wednesday. 


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at woof@pureconnectionpets.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
